A couple of tips when practicing Yin Yoga:

​

  • Let your breathing go to the stretch that you are feeling;

  • Focus on that stretch, on your breathing or on the music, in that way you turn it into mini mindful moments;

  • It doesn't matter what the pose looks like or how deep you go into it! Yin Yoga doesn't revolve around the aesthetic;

  • If you experience pain, immediately go out of the pose or make it easier with the adjustments that I give.
